    SYSTEMS AS A SERVICE

Traditional warehouse software is sold as a licence and shaped by the vendor. Ours is configured, and the configuration stays in your hands.

Large enterprise suites are expensive to buy and slow to implement. That leaves smaller and mid-sized operators choosing between a system built for a company ten times their size and no system at all. BizBloqs was built for the gap between those two.

The platform is graphical and configurable, so a business expert can design, run and change a workflow without a programmer. A process change is a setting rather than a development request with a quote attached. A single site with standard connectors goes live in four to twelve weeks — a verified BizBloqs figure, and longer for multi-site and EDI programmes.

When you do not need us

If stock barely moves and finance is the only real user of the stock figure, your ERP's inventory module is enough. Adding a warehouse system on top would give you a second place to maintain and nothing you do not already have.

The threshold is a behaviour, not a size. It tips when people start searching — when a picker walks to a location and the goods are not there, when a stock figure is only trusted after someone counts it, when the answer to “do we have it” is a phone call. Operations that never hit that point are running a working manual process. They buy nothing from us, and that is correct.

    WHY BIZBLOQS

We do not sell one system to everybody. We operate a platform and configure it per customer: a database, standard workflows, and the specific steps a given operation actually runs. That is where the name comes from — building blocks, assembled per customer, hosted by us.

    Better operations, not more software

We work with manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers on how goods actually move. Scan-driven receiving, directed putaway, picking against a system instruction, packing and shipping. Stock positions update as the work happens rather than at the end of the day. New staff follow the screen instead of following a colleague. The result is an operation that can take more volume without adding people to absorb the difference.

We were built for the companies the market skipped

BizBloqs exists because small and mid-sized operators had logistics needs and no affordable answer. Our people sit down with yours, learn the operation, and configure against what they find. That is the segment we founded the company to serve, and it is still the segment we work in.

It changes when your operation changes

Implementing BizBloqs is not a fix for one quarter. When you add a channel, open a second warehouse or change a fulfilment rule, that is configuration — not a project with a lead time. Scope is cumulative: SME+ contains everything in SME, and Enterprise contains everything in SME+, so growing does not mean re-implementing on a different product.

    our key people

BizBloqs is a logistics company that writes software, not a software company that discovered logistics. Everyone on the team has worked inside an operation before working on ours.

That matters in a specific way: when a customer describes a problem, somebody here has stood in it. We do not need the problem explained in our terms before we can help with it.

Willem ten Asbroek — Founder & CEO

Willem founded BizBloqs in 2015 in 's-Hertogenbosch after years inside logistics operations, with one goal: make warehouse and order management affordable for small and mid-market operators. He writes the BizBloqs guides on WMS selection, implementation and cost, drawing on more than 200 live implementations and over 7,000,000 processed shipments.

Paul VisserManaging DirectorAs Managing Director, Paul keeps the organisation running day to day, with the customer as the reference point for how things should work. He oversees the departments, supports the teams and makes sure they can deliver on what customers were promised. He chairs the management team, keeps the departments aligned and monitors how well the business is serving its customers, so decisions get made and the work keeps moving. His aim is simple: customers who get results they can count on, long after go-live.
Sjoerd den DekkerSenior Software ArchitectSjoerd joined BizBloqs in 2016, right after studying Business IT & Management, where he found the overlap between his two passions: IT and logistics. He started as an intern and has since grown into a senior architect role. He helps customers optimise their logistical processes with BizBloqs and helps shape and improve the platform itself. Because Sjoerd has grown alongside the company, he knows the platform inside and out, from the core system to fully custom, customer-specific solutions.
Martin de SainSales ManagerMartin joined BizBloqs in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in the ERP, BPA and BI market to the company. He works with new partners and customers across the European market, helping them see where a workflow-first platform fits their operation. Alongside that, he nurtures existing customers, staying close to how their logistics ambitions develop and making sure the platform keeps pace. His aim is straightforward: relationships that support real growth, on both sides.

    Our Story

Eleven years, from a listing in one ERP app store to a partner network, and a second office in Manila. The figures below are the ones we can source; the story is the part that explains them.

    2015

    BizBloqs founded

Ten customers on the platform, and our solution listed in the Exact App Center — which put us in front of thousands of operators we could never have reached directly.

    2016

    The solution matures

Thirty-five customers, and availability in every Exact App Center in Europe and the United States. We hired our first employee outside the founding group.

    2018

    Critical mass

Over 140 customers, and the Order Management System launched as an online platform in its own right rather than a WMS add-on.

    2020

    Past 200 customers

We crossed 200 customers and stopped being a company that might not be here next year. Over 20 customers joined the OMS platform, and five resellers came on board.

    2022

Partners start to matter more than features

Uniconta, Kaya and Sage joined the partner set. Adding their connections to our configuration options let us serve more operators without building anything bespoke.

    2026

    Our own infrastructure

In September 2026 bizbloqs.com moved onto hardware we own and operate. Running the platform on infrastructure we control is not a marketing point for customers, but it is the reason we can answer questions about where their data sits with a location rather than a supplier's name.

    Where we are now

BizBloqs started because there was a gap between what smaller operators needed from logistics software and what was on offer. Two hundred customers later the gap is narrower, and we are still working in it.

We run from two locations: the head office in 's-Hertogenbosch and BizBloqs Manila. Between them they cover European and Asia-Pacific working hours. A warehouse in Australia or New Zealand reaches a person during its own shift rather than leaving a message overnight.

The platform is delivered as BPaaS — we supply the running process, not software you configure and operate yourself. Pricing is per user and per site rather than per transaction, so the bill does not climb with a good month.

    Our solutions

Three products on one platform. Most customers start with one and add the next when the operation asks for it.

    Warehouse management

A full WMS: scan-driven receiving, directed putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, kitting and cycle counting, with stock held at location and lot level. We map your flows with you before anything is configured.

    Order management

Orders from every channel in one place, with rule-based allocation deciding which stock and which site fills each one, and a per-channel availability strategy so you do not promise what you cannot ship.

    Integrations

Pre-built connectors for ERP, e-commerce, marketplaces, carriers and EDI, plus a shared integration layer for endpoints that exist only at your company.

How we can help your business

Most customers arrive with one problem: returns piling up in a corner, staff walking to find goods, the same order typed into two systems. The mapping exercise usually finds three more.

That is the conversation worth having early, and it costs nothing. Reach out before you have written a requirements document.

We have seen the problem before

Paperwork and manual entry produce errors that only surface later. Returns sit unaddressed because nobody owns them. Pickers spend their day looking for stock. None of this is unusual, and none of it needs a bespoke system to fix.

    Control and efficiency

The gain comes from direction, not from more effort. The system decides the sequence, confirms each movement with a scan, and records who moved what and when. What you get back is a stock figure you can act on and a day that runs the same way twice.

    Costs you can predict

Per user and per site, not per transaction. Volume growth does not change the bill. What a WMS costs in total — subscription, implementation, integrations and the price of changing it later — is set out on the WMS cost page, including the item most quotes leave out.

Easy to use, because it has to be

Warehouse staff do not get a training week. The screen states the next action, the scan confirms it, and a new hire is productive the same day. That constraint shaped the product more than any feature request.
